1. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Some of our products are made specifically after an order is placed, rather than being taken from ready-made stock.

Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply, as permitted under applicable EU consumer law.

The product page will clearly indicate when an item is Made to Order and whether the statutory withdrawal exception applies.

Made-to-Order Notice:

This abaya is made specifically upon order and may not be eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal period where the applicable legal exception for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised applies. Please check your size and colour carefully before ordering. We’re happy to help if you’re unsure.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, your applicable legal rights remain protected.

3. Return Conditions

For products that are eligible for return, items should be returned in their original condition and may be inspected or tried on as reasonably permitted in a physical store.

If an item is handled beyond what is necessary for inspection and loses value, we may reduce the refund where permitted by law.

4. Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost where this was disclosed before purchase.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover applicable return costs as required by law.

5. Refunds

We will refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard original delivery cost where required by EU law.

The refund will normally be made to the original payment method. We may wait until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

6. Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are also covered by the statutory EU 14-day withdrawal right, unless a specific legal exception applies, including an applicable exception for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@anab-abaya.com with your order number and photos where appropriate.

8. Return Address

Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return instructions and address.
